# Team Vesting

TradeBACKSTAGE team token vesting is designed to align long-term incentives:

* **Team allocation:** 10% locked
* **Cliff:** 30 days (no unlocks during the first 30 days)
* **Unlock schedule:** after the cliff, unlocks occur **monthly over 3 months**

Any on-chain vesting addresses (team wallets/vesting contracts) should be published publicly once final to support transparency.
